GENERAL RULES
• The User acknowledges and accepts the Company’s right to amend its rules and terms. All corrections and amendments will be announced to Users. The User is responsible for following these changes and announcements. The rules and amendments become effective as of the date of publication, and the User places bets in accordance with these rules.
• Unless otherwise stated, the principal currency shall be the currency selected by the User during registration. Transfers made in other currencies will be processed based on the Company’s exchange rates applicable on that day.
Restrictions
• Users must be over 21 years of age to register on the system, make deposits, or place bets. Users must prove their age when requested or when information is required.
• Betting or accessing betting pages may be illegal in certain countries. Jaglerbet aims to prevent the use of its website in countries where such activities are illegal. It is the User’s sole responsibility to obtain information about and comply with the laws of their country of residence. Determining whether betting is legal and researching any penalties or sanctions that may arise is entirely the User’s responsibility. Jaglerbet accepts no liability in this regard.

Member Accounts
• No fee is charged to open a User account or to place bets. No interest is applied to deposited or won funds.
• Users must provide accurate and truthful information during registration. Any changes must be reported to the Company.
• The Company may request proof of the accuracy of the information provided. User accounts may be frozen or restricted until required documents (passport, ID card, proof of address, etc.) are submitted.
• Each User may open only one account in their own name and may place bets only on their own behalf. Accounts opened in multiple names or bets placed on behalf of others may be closed, bets may be rejected, or balances may be confiscated. Such actions are considered fraud attempts, and the related accounts or bets may be canceled.
• Jaglerbet does not allow its employees, former employees of service providers, and/or employees of affiliated companies to create betting accounts or benefit from services or promotions for personal gain. The same restriction applies to family members of such individuals.
Any violation may result in permanent account closure and treatment as fraud.
• Users may withdraw funds or winnings at any time, provided that principal wagering requirements have been fulfilled. Withdrawals are processed in the account’s registered currency.
• User accounts may be closed or temporarily suspended at the request of either party. If an account is closed, the User may be notified via registered phone number or email where deemed necessary. Any open bets may be declared invalid. Before requesting account closure, Users must withdraw all funds and notify the Company via email.
• The Company reserves the right to refuse account registration without providing a reason.
• Accounts that remain inactive for 6 months after activation will be automatically closed.
Member Login
• Usernames and passwords are set by Users. The security and protection of login credentials are the User’s responsibility.
• All actions performed after logging in with correct credentials are deemed to have been carried out by the account holder. All bets and withdrawal requests are valid. Any losses incurred until account security is restored are the User’s responsibility.
• If Users forget their email address, they must contact Live Support.
• If Users forget their password, they may request a new one via the “Forgot Password” option on the login page. Password reset links are valid for one use only.
• Verification emails may be delivered to the Junk/Spam folder.
• Entering an incorrect password three times will result in the IP address being blocked for 5 minutes.
• In case of issues, Users should contact Live Support. If Live Support is not visible, cookie settings should be adjusted. For details, please visit the Clear Cookies page.
Objections
• Dates and times displayed on the website are for informational purposes only and may change. Bets placed on matches that start early or remain open due to time changes will be canceled.
• The objection period for all games is 48 hours. Objections submitted after this period will not be considered.
• Users must report any excess winnings credited due to technical errors. Any unjust gains, whether obtained knowingly or unknowingly, will be deducted from the User’s account.
Indemnification
The Company shall not be liable for User losses arising from:
• Matches or tournaments being abandoned or canceled
• Incorrect use or loss of login credentials
• Misunderstanding of bet types or content
• Uncontrollable system errors
• Service provider failures resulting in missing or incorrect data
• Typographical or human errors in prices, times, team names, or similar information
In cases of obvious error (including typographical or reversed odds), the Company reserves the right to correct odds or cancel bets, even if the event has concluded.
• In the event of non-compliance with Company rules, the User is responsible for compensating any damages incurred by the Company or third parties.
Data Protection
• Users’ account details, payment transactions, and personal data are kept confidential.
• Account and personal data may be shared with the Company’s legal advisors or authorized representatives.
• Users have the right to access and update their personal data. Complete deletion of data is not possible.
